• An On-Chain Transfer is a way to receive digital currencies (stablecoins) via a blockchain network. This method allows you to securely receive funds directly into your Alpin wallet.

    How It Works

    1. Wallet Address or QR Code:

      • To receive funds, you share a unique wallet address or QR code specific to your chosen stablecoin and network.

    2. Blockchain Network:

      • Transactions occur on a blockchain, which acts as a secure, decentralized ledger for sending and receiving funds.

    3. Supported Stablecoins and Networks:

      • Ensure the sender uses supported stablecoins (e.g. USDC) and selects a compatible network (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).

    4. Confirmation Time:

      • Once the sender completes the transfer, it may take a few minutes to a couple of hours for the funds to appear, depending on the network’s speed and congestion.

  • Here are a few essential tips to ensure a smooth and secure deposit process:

    1. Use Supported Stablecoins and Networks

Only send stablecoins and networks supported by the Alpin app, such as USDC, or EURC on their respective networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).

    2. Avoid Unsupported Cryptocurrencies

Do not send unsupported cryptocurrencies (e.g., SOL) to your wallet address, as this may result in permanent loss of funds.

    3. Double-Check Wallet Address

Always double-check the wallet address before sharing or depositing. Mistakes in the wallet address can result in irreversible transactions.

    4. Network Selection Matters

Ensure the sender selects the correct blockchain network (e.g. Solana, Ethereum). Depositing to the wrong network can lead to delays or loss of funds.

    5. Verify Transaction Details

Before sending funds, confirm all details (e.g., amount, network, and address) to avoid errors.

    6. Plan for Processing Time

Deposits may take up to a few hours to appear in your account, depending on the network and transaction conditions.

    7. Recovery of Incorrect Deposits

Recovery of funds sent to the wrong network or using an incorrect address is not possible.

    Verify the Stablecoin and Network

Confirm that the sender is using a supported stablecoin (e.g. USDC) and the correct network (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).

Tip: Using an unsupported network may result in lost funds.

Tip: Unsupported deposits may not be recoverable.

    Communicate Clearly with the Sender

Inform the sender of the correct details, including:

    • The stablecoins you wish to receive.

    • The blockchain network to use.

    • The wallet address or payment link.

    Plan for Processing Time
